Pay only for the checks you run.

One country where the app you check is available, on either store. Countries where it is unavailable, or where the store returned an error, cost nothing. Any report of 5 countries or fewer is free and never counts, on any plan or with no account at all; from 6 countries up, the whole report counts. You need enough credits to cover every country you select before a report runs, and you are charged only for the countries where the app actually appears.

No. Monthly credits reset on the same day of each month as the day your account was created, and whatever is left from the previous cycle is not added to the new allowance. Credits we grant separately as a non-expiring balance, such as a top-up or a goodwill adjustment, stay until used and are drawn on only once the monthly ones are gone.

An on-demand check tells you before it starts that it needs more credits than you have, so you can narrow the country list or wait for the reset. Nothing is charged for a check that does not run. A scheduled check that cannot be covered is skipped, and its report says so rather than staying silent. On Pro you can also ask us for a top-up.

Yes, at any time from Settings, which opens the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for: until then you keep Pro and the credits already granted, and you are not charged again. After that your account is on the Free plan, with 200 credits a month and up to 3 saved apps, and your saved reports stay yours to reopen and compare. Scheduled checks are a Pro feature.

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, and we refund the amount due within 14 days of hearing from you, less a proportionate charge for the service already provided, because Pro starts the moment your payment is confirmed. After that window there are no partial refunds for the rest of a period already started, but if you believe you were charged in error, or the service did not work as described, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

Prices are in euro and include any applicable VAT, so the price shown is the price charged. Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record: Stripe collects the payment, issues the receipt or invoice and handles sales tax. We never see or store your card details.

Yes, from the billing portal in Settings, which also handles card changes and cancellation. Annual is billed once at €89, which is 25% less than twelve monthly payments of €9.90.

Availability, rating and rating count in every country you chose, on either store, with each run compared to the last and the result emailed to you. Reviews and Google Play chart positions are heavier to fetch, so a scheduled sweep collects them only for country lists up to a certain size. The monitor editor tells you when a list is too wide for them, and an on-demand check always collects everything. App Store chart positions have no such limit.

Yes: one credit per country where the app is available, on either store, from the same monthly allowance. A full sweep is 175 countries on the App Store and 176 on Google Play, so the free allowance covers one full report on either store with room to spare, and Pro covers about fourteen a month.
