I am upset with instagram

I have been using Instagram for more than a decade without any issues. Recently, I tried to create a new account for my husband because his previous account was banned. He only followed me on that account, and for some reason, he couldn’t log in to the new account I created for him. Now, to make matters even worse, my own Instagram account has been suspended for no apparent reason. It is extremely frustrating that after more than 10 years of using the platform, my account has been disabled without any clear explanation. I have already submitted my passport and photo ID to verify my identity, yet I am still waiting for my account to be restored. Since I can’t access my account, I have no way to report this issue through the app, which is why I am leaving this review. This situation is unfair and incredibly disappointing. Please review my case as soon as possible and restore my account. I have done everything you asked, and I simply want access to my account back.

What happened to instagram? Meta took over that’s what!

I had my account for 15 years, thousands of posts, landscapes, travels, art, poetry, trees etc and one day without warning - hacked on 4 instagram accounts and one facebook for community standards breach of which I did nothing ! My email was changed in my account, I couldn’t appeal - signed up to verified Facebook on the account they didn’t close - spent over 29 hours speaking to support to try to look into it. Could even see from the tiny amount of information I was able to download there had been a breach and they still did nothing to help. Over 6k photos and family history gone. Then I look online and find everyone lately having similar issues. I had a charity account and my dogs account taken down at same time. Endless issues with functionality of ai chat bots giving conflicting information etc too. Trying to escalate from Australia with different commissions and media outlets to put a stop to this bs. Furious
